Who is responsible for your information?
SacredDigitalShop is a trading name of SKYMASH SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16634782.
SKYMASH SOLUTIONS LTD is the data controller responsible for personal information processed through SacredDigitalShop and sacreddigitalshop.com.
Registered office details are available on the Companies House register.

Information we collect
When you request the 5-Minute Identity Reset, we collect your first name and email address. We also record whether you chose the optional marketing checkbox, the consent wording version, the date and time of your request, the landing-page path, and any UTM source, medium, campaign or content values in the page URL.
Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include your IP address, request URL, date and time, browser or device information, request headers and security events. Our subscription endpoint temporarily uses your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
If you contact us, we receive the information included in your email and subsequent correspondence.
How and why we use information
- To deliver a resource you request and related service messages: to take steps at your request.
- To send the Identity Reset encouragement series and occasional SacredDigitalShop resources and offers when you actively opt in: your consent.
- To maintain consent and unsubscribe records: our legal obligations and legitimate interest in respecting and demonstrating your preferences.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and prevent abuse: our legitimate interest in providing a safe and reliable service.
- To answer messages and exercise requests: our legitimate interest in communicating with visitors and complying with data-protection law.
You receive the free Identity Reset whether or not you agree to marketing.
Email delivery and marketing
MailerLite stores subscriber details, delivers the requested resource, records preferences and sends authorised emails on our behalf. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
Etsy purchases
Product buttons on this website take you to Etsy. Etsy operates the external marketplace, checkout, payment and digital-order process under its own terms and privacy policy. sacreddigitalshop.com does not collect payment-card details, process checkout payments, operate customer accounts or an internal basket, or collect shipping information.
SKYMASH SOLUTIONS LTD may receive buyer and order information that Etsy makes available to the seller where needed to provide support, administer an order, keep business records or comply with law. Etsy and SKYMASH SOLUTIONS LTD are each responsible for their own processing.
Who receives information
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery and security, and MailerLite for subscriber management and email delivery. We use Etsy as the external marketplace and checkout provider. We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted transfer applies, Cloudflare provides contractual transfer safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable.
MailerLite states that subscriber data for UK customers is hosted in the European Union and may be processed by approved subprocessors. MailerLite and Etsy describe their international processing and safeguards in their respective privacy and data-processing terms.
How long we keep information
We retain subscriber information while it is needed to deliver requested resources and authorised communications. Consent and unsubscribe records may be retained for as long as needed to demonstrate or respect your preference. Contact correspondence is kept only while needed to address the enquiry and maintain appropriate business records. Technical and security information is retained according to operational need and the relevant provider’s retention settings. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required, unless law requires longer retention.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, behavioural advertising trackers, or non-essential application cookies, local storage or session storage. UTM values are read from the page URL only when you submit the Identity Reset form; SacredDigitalShop does not store them on your device.
Cloudflare may use technology that is strictly necessary to deliver, balance and protect the website. If non-essential analytics or advertising technology is introduced later, this notice and the site’s consent controls will be updated before it is activated where consent is required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive certain information in a portable format. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing and may withdraw consent at any time.
